In a 2014 systematic review of randomized clinical trials Guizhi Fuling wan was shown to be effective at reducing the volume of uterine fibroids and in soothing painful periods associated with fibroid growth.
Most commonly in the modern era Guizhi Fuling wan is used for treating women with PCOS and it has been extensively studied for this purpose. Brewing instructions:
